Dr. Ike Nwanonyiri is a board-certified family medicine physician and the Medical Director of Maxim Clinic Pineville. He brings extensive clinical experience in treating acute and chronic medical conditions, performing in-office procedures, and helping patients achieve greater confidence, vitality, and overall well-being.

At Maxim Clinic Pineville, Dr. Nwanonyiri combines his strong foundation in primary care with advanced interests in medical aesthetics, wellness, and regenerative medicine. He is especially passionate about peptide therapy, injectable treatments—including neuromodulators such as Botox and dermal fillers—and personalized approaches to healthy aging and performance optimization.

Dr. Nwanonyiri also has a special interest in men’s health, with a focus on erectile dysfunction, sexual wellness, hormonal health, physical performance, and age-related concerns. He is committed to providing discreet, evidence-based care in a comfortable and judgment-free environment, helping men feel healthier, stronger, and more confident at every stage of life.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Arkansas and his medical degree from the University of Science, Arts and Technology in Montserrat. He completed his family medicine residency at Unity Health Medical Center in Searcy, Arkansas, where his dedication to medical education earned him the Best Resident Teacher Award. Outside the clinic, his interests include basketball, running, hiking, barbecuing, and spending quality time with his family.
