Dr. Harrington is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician and the Owner and Medical Director of The Maxim Clinic South End. With more than a decade of clinical experience, he brings a strong foundation in evidence-based medicine, patient safety, and comprehensive care to aesthetic and wellness medicine.

Since 2015, Dr. Harrington has served as a Hospitalist Attending at Atrium Mercy Hospital, where he continues to provide hands-on medical care and clinical leadership. His extensive experience in Internal Medicine, along with additional certifications in BLS, ACLS, and aesthetics, provides him with a comprehensive medical perspective when developing individualized aesthetic and wellness treatment plans.

Dr. Harrington received his undergraduate education at UNC Wilmington and earned his medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine. As a physician, he is passionate about taking a comprehensive approach to health—recognizing that feeling and looking your best are closely connected to overall wellness and quality of life.

At The Maxim Clinic South End, Dr. Harrington oversees the clinic’s medical standards and leads a personalized approach to wellness that may include peptide therapies and hormone replacement therapy when clinically appropriate. His goal is to help patients optimize their health, vitality, energy, and longevity through thoughtful, medically guided care.

He believes wellness is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Every patient deserves an individualized plan built around their health history, goals, and needs. Through a combination of aesthetic medicine, wellness therapies, and ongoing medical oversight, Dr. Harrington is committed to providing safe, evidence-based care that helps patients look better, feel better, and live well.
