Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science with a multidisciplinary focus in Psychology, Neuroscience, and Gender Studies. Her career has taken her from behavioral health and digital marketing to healthcare technology and aesthetic medicine, giving her a unique perspective on both people and business.

She began as a Certified Behavior Therapist, working with individuals with special needs and their families, before transitioning into digital marketing. As a Digital Marketing Manager, she helped businesses across a variety of industries grow their brands and navigate the digital landscape.

Nicole later moved into patient-focused healthcare technology within the pharmaceutical software industry, where she developed a strong understanding of how technology can improve communication, efficiency, and the patient experience. Her passion for aesthetics and wellness then led her into medical spa management, where she gained hands-on experience in marketing, operations, sales, patient retention, and practice growth.

Today, Nicole brings these experiences together at The Maxim Clinic South End, leading marketing, operations, technology, and growth strategy. She is passionate about creating a modern, personalized patient experience that brings together exceptional care, innovative technology, and genuine human connection.
